▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A dispersible and electrically conductive nano graphene platelet (NGP) material (M1) comprises at least a single-layer or multiple-layer graphene sheet, where the NGP material has an oxygen content of 5-25 wt.%. USE - As a dispersible and electrically conductive nano graphene platelet (NGP) material (claimed) useful for future nano-electronic application. ADVANTAGE - The nano graphene platelet material has an oxygen content of 5-20 wt.%; has a specific surface area of approximately 300-2600 m2/g; and is soluble or dispersible in a range of organic solvents while maintaining good properties of pristine graphene (e.g. good electrical, thermal conductivity or mechanical properties). The nano graphene platelet material, when formed into a thin film with a thickness of not greater than 100 nm exhibits an electrical conductivity of at least 10 (preferably at least 100, especially at least 1000) S/cm.
