NOVELTY - An ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete comprises 514 parts mass cement, 68 parts mass water, 990 parts mass gravel, 780 parts mass fine aggregate, 68 parts mass fly ash, 75 parts mass rice hull ash, 120 parts mass silica fume, 15.4 parts mass water reducer, 10 parts mass activator, 1.7 parts mass cellulose fibers, 45 parts mass hydroxyl-modified carbon nanotube dispersion liquid, 46 parts mass graphene oxide dispersion liquid and 2.7 parts mass defoamer. USE - Ultra high performance fiber reinforced concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has high toughness, excellent durability and has higher bond strength with steel. The concrete has flexural strength of not less than 37.53 MPa, 28-days compressive strength of not less than 195.19 MPa, splitting tensile strength of not less than 16.62 MPa, bond strength of not less than 8.14 MPa and the chloride impermeability grade reaches level VI. The concrete effectively improves the collaborative work between steel and concrete.
