▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum matrix composite by metal 3D printing, comprises taking graphene powder, graphite powder, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and solvent into the cleaning ball mill, after vacuumizing, ball milling to obtain the ball milling product graphene dispersion liquid, taking graphene dispersion liquid and aluminum base powder material into a cleaning ball mill, after vacuumizing, ball milling to obtain ball milling product, taking out the ball milling product, drying, filtering to obtain graphene modified aluminum base powder, adding the graphene modified aluminum base powder into the powder supply cylinder of the 3D printer as the raw material, using three-dimensional software to model the composite material needed to be printed, and introducing into the computer control system. USE - Method for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material by metal three-dimensional (3D) printing. Uses include but are not limited to traffic transportation, aerospace, and mineral processing. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material, and shortens the development and production period, and has high application value. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene-reinforced aluminium-based composite material.
