NOVELTY - Graphene oxide composite film preparation involves carrying out spin-coating graphene oxide dispersion on a graphene surface of chemical vapor deposition graphene having a metal substrate to obtain a structure A. The moisture is removed from the spin-coated graphene oxide and graphene for forming composite structure of graphene oxide and graphene, and then annealed composite structure of graphene oxide and graphene. The obtained metal substrate structure is removed to obtain a composite film of a graphene oxide and a graphene composite structure. The obtained composite film is also rinsed to obtain the clean composite film. USE - Method for preparing composite film of a graphene oxide and a graphene composite structure by a pollution-free transfer process of chemical vapor deposition graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the composite film prevents organic residual pollution and cracks and wrinkles introduced during the transfer of graphene, and greatly improves performance.
