▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated metal composite powder, comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide ultrasonically in an aqueous solution to obtain a graphene oxide dispersion solution under continuous stirring; (ii) adding metal powder into the graphene oxide dispersion solution; (iii)adjusting the pH value of the graphene oxide dispersion solution, reacting at room temperature, and continuously stirring the solution during the reaction; and (iv) washing the reaction product after the reaction is finished, filtering and drying. USE - The composite powder is useful in additive manufacturing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of graphene metal composite powder is carried out under the condition of room temperature, simple technique, low cost and strong universality. The method does not need agglomerant avoid the introduction of impurities. Compared with the metal powder surface coating the coating graphene, the method can be carried out in the room temperature environment condition, without any gas protection, the cost is low, and the graphene is uniformly distributed, it is firmly combined with metal powder and the content is controllable.
