NOVELTY - Automobile sealing strip material comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 6-10 pts. wt. toluene-diphenyl phosfate, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene, 30-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.15-1 pts. wt. lubricant, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. ultraviolet light absorber and 5-20 pts. wt. filler. USE - Automobile sealing strip material. ADVANTAGE - The automobile sealing strip material has strong stability, absorbs ultraviolet light, has strong resistance to ultraviolet light, improves tolerance of sealing strip in external environment, and has good flame retardancy. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing automobile sealing material, which involves: (A) stirring, and mixing 6-10 pts. wt. toluene-diphenyl phosfate, 0.5-5 pts. wt. graphene for certain period of time to obtain mixture one; (B) mixing 40-60 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 30-50 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.15-1 pts. wt. lubricant, and mixture one at first speed to form mixture two; (C) adding 2-5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. ultraviolet light absorber, 5-20 pts. wt. filler to mixture two, stirring, and mixing at second speed to form mixture three, where first speed, which is greater than second speed; and (D) melt-extruding through first twin-screw extruder, cooling, pelletizing, and shaping to obtain product.
