▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A composite conductive graphene thin film comprises 0.5-4.5 wt.% graphene, 30-45 wt.% additive and remainder of thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin is chosen from polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, polyester, polyethylene and polypropylene. USE - Composite conductive graphene thin film is used for electronic industry and information technology field. ADVANTAGE - The composite conductive graphene thin film has improved corrosion resistance, and is lightweight. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite conductive graphene thin film, which involves mixing octyl phthalate and liquid calcium zinc stabilizers, adding thermoplastic resin, stirring in a high-speed mixer at 3000-8000 rpm for 5-20 minutes, aging at 60-100 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, adding graphene, high-speed stirring at 3000-8000 rpm, obtaining graphene/thermoplastic resin composite powder as a precursor, and rolling in a twin-roll mill at 160-200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
