NOVELTY - A graphene/phenolic resin nanocomposite material and its preparation method are claimed. The graphene/phenolic resin nanocomposite material comprises 45-86 wt.% phenolic resin, 10-50 wt.% graphene or graphene oxide, 0.1-2 wt.% silane coupling agent, and 5-20 wt.% curing agent. USE - The graphene/phenolic resin nanocomposite material is useful in industrial radiator components, automotive heat sinks or heat dissipation modules and electrical products. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/phenolic resin nanocomposite material has high thermal conductivity, toughness and chemical stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene/phenolic resin nanocomposite material.
