NOVELTY - Antibacterial ultra-thin fireproof water-based paint comprises 15-35 wt.% phosphorus-nitrogen-doped single-walled carbon nanotube modified phenolic resin emulsion, 10-30 wt.% silicate cement, 10-25 wt.% melamine modified cellulose, 10-15 wt.% degummed and defatted animal bone powder, 10-20 wt.% borosilicate ceramic micropowder, 5-15 wt.% chitosan micropowder, 5-15 wt.% chlorinated paraffin, 3-8 wt.% defoaming agent, 3-5 wt.% film forming agent, and 10-40 wt.% water. USE - The paint is useful in building material production. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent flame-resistant and temperature-resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the antibacterial ultra-thin fireproof water-based paint comprising (1) accurately weighing silicate cement, melamine-modified cellulose, degummed and degreasing animal bone powder, borosilicate ceramic micropowder, and chitosan micropowder, stirring and mixing it evenly, sieving through a 200-400 mesh sieve, and mixing it evenly; (2) adding all phosphorus-nitrogen-doped single-walled carbon nanotube modified phenolic resin emulsion and 1/2-2/3 chlorinated paraffin into pre-mixing dispersion tank, turning on the disperser at speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute, adding 1/2-2/3 solvent water, stirring well, adding all the mixed ingredients obtained in step (1), adding all the defoaming agent, film-forming agent, drier, toughening agent, leveling agent and dispersant, allowing to stand for 30-60 minutes, and fully stirring with disperser at speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute to form a pre-dispersed paint; and (3) adding the remaining solvent water, chlorinated paraffin and nano-carbon-based compound into the coating, turning on the disperser to stir and disperse, controlling the speed to be 500-1000 revolutions/minute, dispersing for 10-25 minutes, adjusting the viscosity of the paint, filtering the dispersed paint through a 200-400 mesh sieve to remove large particles, or carrying ultrasonic treatment on dispersed paint at 10-20degreesC for 20-30 minutes to make the finished antibacterial ultra-thin fireproof water-based paint; and (4) using obtained finished antibacterial ultra-thin fireproof water-based paint for secondary filtration at low temperature with 100-200 mesh sieve and returning to the cage for 5-10 minutes, and carrying out low temperature vacuum packaging, packaging and warehousing.
