NOVELTY - Electric infrared heating film comprises 10-15 pts. wt. low-defect graphene , 5-20 pts. wt. inorganic filling agent and 5-10 pts. wt. amorphous carbon. USE - Electric infrared heating film for electric infrared heating device. ADVANTAGE - The electric infrared heating film reduces volume expansion coefficient of electric infrared heating film, reduces volume expansion coefficient of electric infrared heating film and ceramic, quartz, volume expansion coefficient of base material such as high boron temperature resistant glass, avoids electric infrared heating film falling off from surface of material, and prolongs service life of electric infrared heating device. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing an electric infrared heating film, which involves coating a slurry mainly composed of low-defect graphene, inorganic fillers, film formers and solvents after coating and forming a film, and then volatilizing and carbonizing solvent to obtain the electric infrared heating film; and (2) an electric infrared heating device, which comprises a tube body, and electric infrared heating film arranged on the inner wall of the tube body and is sealed inside the tube body.
