NOVELTY - A composition comprises greater than or equal to 1 graphene aerogel having three-dimensional structure of graphene sheets, in which graphene sheets are covalently interconnected, and graphene aerogel has Raman spectra in which ID/IG is less than or equal to 0.7. USE - A composition for device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Mechanical properties, electrical conductivity, and thermal stability of graphene aerogels can be improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of graphene aerogel which involves preparing mixture comprising graphene oxide suspension and greater than or equal to 1 catalyst, curing mixture to produce wet gel, drying wet gel to produce dry gel, and thermally annealing dry gel at 1500-3500 degrees C to produce graphene aerogel.
