NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene electromagnetic shielding coating comprises component (A) and component (B), where the component (A) comprises 5-50 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-60 pts. wt. filler, 1-5 pts. wt. additive, 1-20 pts. wt. dispersant and 10-40 pts. wt. water, the additive comprises defoamer (I), defoamer (II), leveling agent and film forming additive, and the component (B) comprises 80-100 pts. wt. aqueous resin and 1-10 pts. wt. binding promoter. USE - The coating is useful in aqueous coating application. ADVANTAGE - The coating overcomes the inherent defect of graphene easy agglomeration, and ensures excellent electromagnetic shielding performance and coating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) adding 1/2-3/4 water to mixing tank (I), adding curing agent, defoamer (I), leveling agent and dispersant, and uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 400-800 rpm for 10-20 minutes to obtain preliminary mixed solution, (b) adding graphene and filler to grinding instrument, adding obtained preliminary mixed solution to grinding instrument, and uniformly grinding for 0.5-2 hours, (b) pouring milled slurry to mobile tray, sequentially adding remaining water, film-forming additive and defoamer (II) under the stirring condition, uniformly stirring at a rotating speed of 400-800 rpm for 0.5-1 hour to obtain component (A), (d) adding resin and binding promoter to mixing tank (II), and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain component (B), (e) adding component (A) and component (B) to reactor, uniformly stirring at a stirring speed of 400-800 rpm for 10-20 minutes for uniform mixing, and (f) leaving still for 30 minutes, spraying and using.
