▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Evaluation of anion-permeability in graphene-containing film involves preparing a measuring apparatus comprising an aqueous solution containing an anion, a working electrode comprising a metal silver, a counter electrode, and a reference pole which are electrically bonded by an external circuit, measuring kinetic current (I0) between the metallic silver and the anions, relating the aqueous solution and the working electrode by contacting the reference pole to the aqueous solution which is changed periodically in sweeping, measuring the kinetic current (I1), when a graphene-containing film electrically connected to the working electrode is contacted with the aqueous solution instead of working electrode, and evaluating the anion permeability of the graphene-containing film by comparing kinetic current (I0) and kinetic current (I1). USE - Evaluation of anion-permeability in graphene-containing film used for photoelectric conversion element (claimed) such as solar cell. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a photoelectric conversion element, which comprises two electrodes, and a photoelectric converting layer provided in between, and further comprises the graphene-containing film between the electrodes and the photoelectric converting layer. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a conceptual view illustrating the anion-permeability assay method of the film.
