NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/nickel complex modified waterborne polyurethane material comprises placing polyester polyol or polyether polyol in three-necked flask equipped with a thermometer and nitrogen gas protection device, vacuum-dehydrating at 110 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling, adding diisocyanate and methyl ethyl ketone, reacting at 71-85 degrees C for 90-110 minutes to obtain prepolymer, adding methyl ethyl ketone, 2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA), and graphene/nickel complex, reacting at 50-90 degrees C for 3 hours, cooling reaction solution to room temperature, adding triethylamine, stirring for 1 hour, pouring reaction solution into deionized water, mechanically stirring for 1 hour to obtain graphene/nickel complex modified aqueous polyurethane emulsion, applying emulsion on release paper without generating bubbles, allowing to stand for 1 days, baking in oven at 80 degrees C for 5 hours, and peeling off from the release paper to obtain film. USE - The graphene/nickel complex modified waterborne polyurethane material is useful in electromagnetic radiation protection field.
