▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing silicon-carbon-graphene composite involves drying waste silicon sludge, acid leaching, and selectively separating and recovering silicon through ultrasound treatment and centrifuging solution containing dried sludge. The carbon precursor solution is added into recovered silicon and wet-milled suspension to obtain suspension. The suspension is spray-dried to obtain silicon-carbon composite. The mixed solution of the silicon-carbon composite and graphene oxide are spray-dried and heat-treated to obtain final product. USE - Method for preparing silicon-carbon-graphene composite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silicon-carbon-graphene composite which has increases conductivity, and has improves charging/discharging electrochemical property.
