NOVELTY - Preparing biocompatible photo-thermal response self-healing electric conduction hydrogel, comprises preparing a monomer solution comprising N,N-dimethylacrylamide monomer, triggering agent potassium persulfate and accelerator N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine, soaking the graphene hydrogel in the monomer solution to process solution replacement, stewing, and triggering polymerization reaction at room temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing biocompatible photo-thermal responding self-healing electric conduction hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, has mild reaction conditions, short reaction time, and is suitable for commercial process. The hydrogel uses the graphene as three-dimensional network skeleton, and the graphene has high reduction degree, good chemical stability, high conductivity, high mechanical strength, good photo-thermal conversion effect, and exhibits a preferable self-healing property in the body temperature range and near infrared irradiation.
