NOVELTY - Preparing straight wire graphene fibers comprises e.g. taking 20 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion flat on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate, forming graphene oxide thin film, naturally drying to obtain 1-3 mu m thickness graphene oxide film, cutting graphene oxide film using cutter for edge smoothing the graphene strip, maintaining 2-10 mm width, maintaining 80-90% moisture vapor wetting, adjusting motor rotating speed to 1500 rotates/minute, weaving graphene oxide strips into vertical textile fiber, taking graphite oxide vertical textile fiber and immersing in 35% hydroiodic acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing straight wire graphene fibers (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical, has hydrophobic characteristics, integrated internal hole structure, straight graphite fiber from whole strip of oxidation graphene strip circle but is textile, fiber internal graphite film layer in nano level channel through whole bar straight fiber, straight graphene fiber power suction phenomenon of light controllability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing straight wire graphene fibers comprises taking (i) 20 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion flat on polytetrafluoroethylene substrate, forming graphene oxide thin film, naturally drying to obtain 1-3 mu m thickness graphene oxide film, (ii) cutting graphene oxide film using cutter for edge smoothing the graphene strip, maintaining 2-10 mm width, (iii) maintaining 80-90% moisture vapor wetting, adjusting motor rotating speed to 1500 rotates/minute, weaving graphene oxide strips into vertical textile fiber, (iv) taking graphite oxide vertical textile fiber, immersing in 35% hydroiodic acid, maintaining at 90 degrees C for 12 hours, repeatedly cleaning by deionized water, vacuum drying at 40 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain straight wire graphene fibers, where graphene oxide dispersion liquid preparation comprises (a) taking 400 ml sulfuric acid and 100 ml phosphoric acid in graduated cylinder, mixing uniformly in 1 l beaker, taking 10 g expanded graphite, stirring under magnetic force, adding mixed liquid, (b) weighing 50 g potassium permanganate, under ice bath, slowly adding potassium permanganate to the beaker, (c) under 40 degrees C, carrying out machinery stirring reaction for 4 hours, (d) adding 450 ml deionized water slowly into beaker, again 50 ml, taking hydrogen peroxide into slowly burn in big cup and (e) placing for 10 hours, using 5 vol.% hydrochloric acid solution washing three times, cleaning 3 times with deionized water until the solution pH value reaches to more than 5 to obtain graphene oxide disperse liquid. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for using straight wire graphene fibers as electric suction device, comprising adding straight graphite fiber at end water after pressurizing, showing electric suction back phenomenon when voltage is higher than 0.8 V, after voltage is less than 0.8 V stopping, straight graphite fiber quality along with the pressure increasing present linear enlargement until saturation state, simultaneously, graphite fiber mass is 7 times.
