NOVELTY - The lamp has a first transparent plate and a second transparent plate adhered to each other. A graphene quantum dot powder coating is fixed between the first transparent plate and the second transparent plate. The first transparent plate, the second transparent plate and the graphene quantum dot powder coating are arranged to form a lighting panel. A side of the lighting panel is provided with an ultraviolet lamp. The graphene quantum dot powder coating is sprayed on a surface of the first transparent plate or the second transparent plate. The first transparent plate and the second transparent plate are selected as an ultra-white float glass sheets or optical acrylic plate. USE - Graphene quantum dot powder using sky atmosphere illuminating lamp. ADVANTAGE - The lamp excites certain graphene quantum dot powder to produce fluorescence can create sky atmosphere lighting of required color such as azure blue, gold, pink by using ultraviolet LED light source, and obtains different colors of sky effect lighting by using graphene quantum dot powder.
