NOVELTY - Graphene-modified water-based cold spray zinc coating material comprises A component including mixed raw materials and B component including zinc powder in a mass ratio of 1:4-1:5. The mixed raw materials comprises 10-25% water-based resin, 0.2-0.6% antifoaming agent, 0.4-1.2% wetting and dispersant, 0.2-0.6% substrate wetting agent, 0.2-0.6% anti-freezing agent, 0.2-0.6% mildew preventive, 0.2-0.6% flash-rust agent, 0.4-1% anti-settling agent. 0.4-1% pH regulator and 65-80% deionized water. USE - Used as graphene-modified water-based cold spray zinc coating material. ADVANTAGE - The material improve the cathodic protection of zinc-rich coating and the aqueous cold spray zinc protection period, reduce volatile organic compounds (VOC) content, greatly shorten the drying time, has corrosion resistance and impact resistance and adhesion to a greater degree of improvement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing material comprising (a) taking the raw material stirring and dispersing uniformly, (b) adding 5-15% graphene slurry dispersing at high speed for 30-60 minutes to obtain graphene modified water-based cold spray zinc coating A component coating liquid, using super fine II water-based high-purity zinc powder, after using polysilane modification as B component, where the A component and B component in a mass ratio of 1:4-1:5, slowly adding the component B and component A, high speed stirring and dispersing uniformly and screening.
