NOVELTY - Preparing aqueous polyurethane conductive gel comprises (i) mixing the didecyl dimethyl chloramine solution with the n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl chloramine solution at mass ratio of 3:2-3:1 and mixing evenly to get the first mixed solution; (ii) adding graphene slurry equal in weight into the mixed solution and mixing to obtain a second mixed solution; and (iii) adding aqueous-based polyurethane resin and aqueous-based polyurethane curing agent into the second mixed solution, stirring and mixing evenly, adding deionized water, and placing in an ultrasonic disperser for ultrasonic dispersion when the power is 2-4 kw and the amplitude is greater than or equal to 40 mu m, the ultrasonic wave is dispersed for 0.5-2 hours. The didecyl dimethyl chloramine solution and the n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl chloramine solution are both aqueous solutions with a mass fraction of 40-50%. USE - The aqueous polyurethane conductive gel is useful for preparing air filter screen (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The gel: can sprays the conductive gel layer by layer on the filter screen to obtain a HEPA air filter with sterilization, conductive properties and good filterability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing aqueous polyurethane conductive gel comprises (i) mixing the didecyl dimethyl chloramine solution with the n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl chloramine solution at mass ratio of 3:2-3:1 and mixing evenly to get the first mixed solution; (ii) adding graphene slurry equal in weight into the mixed solution and mixing to obtain a second mixed solution; and (iii) adding aqueous-based polyurethane resin and aqueous-based polyurethane curing agent into the second mixed solution, stirring and mixing evenly, adding deionized water, and placing in an ultrasonic disperser for ultrasonic dispersion when the power is 2-4 kw and the amplitude is greater than or equal to 40 mu m, the ultrasonic wave is dispersed for 0.5-2 hours and carrying out air filter. The didecyl dimethyl chloramine solution and the n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl chloramine solution are both aqueous solutions with a mass fraction of 40-50%. The weight parts of each component are 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. didecyl dimethyl chloramine solution, 1.2-2 pts. wt. n-alkyl dimethyl benzyl chloramine solution, 3-4.5 pts. wt. graphene slurry, 1-2 pts. wt. aqeous-based polyurethane resin, 0.8-1 pts. wt. aqueous-based polyurethane curing agent and 3-10 pts. wt. deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing air filter screen using the aqueous polyurethane conductive gel as a surface coating, comprising (i) installing the aqueous-based polyurethane conductive gel into the spray gun, adjusting the spray gun, and connecting it to the air compressor, where the inlet pressure is 60-80KPa, and adjusting the flow rate of the feed volume to the inlet volume to 1/9-1/4; (ii) adjusting the spray gun nozzle distance from the filter to 20-30 cm, fixing the spraying route and ensuring that a layer is dried in time during the spraying process to avoid the adsorption of melt-blown fibers, passing gel through the support layer, entering into the meltblown layer, filtering particulates drops sharply, destroying its basic function and measuring the electrical conductivity to further determine whether to stop spraying.
