NOVELTY - The battery has a battery main body whose electrode terminal is arranged with a graphene composite structure. The graphene composite structure is covered with a graphene layer and an ion modified material layer. The ion modified material layer is stacked with the graphene layer to form a key structure. A middle surface of the ion modified material layer is coated with barium fluoride, magnesium fluoride and iron trichloride. Another electrode terminal of the battery main body is covered with a P-type semiconductor layer, an intrinsic absorbing layer and an N-type semiconductor layer. USE - Solar energy battery for a display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The battery has high working efficiency, and reduces manufacturing cost and improving operation flexibility of a display device.
