▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A cathode material comprises 70-95 wt.%: cathode active material which is copper-based sulfide (CuxS), and 5-30 wt.% conductive agent and binder, where x is 1-2. The load amount of cathode active material is 1-5 mg/cm2. USE - Cathode material used for low-temperature charging and discharging lithium ion battery. Uses include but are not limited to portable electronic device, energy automobile, deep-sea exploration, polar science test, national defense military industry and aerospace fields. ADVANTAGE - The low-temperature charging and discharging lithium ion battery cathode material has rich storage amount, low cost, and is environment-friendly. The copper-based sulfide has good electronic conductivity, combined with copper ion fast mobility, and realizes fast replacement reaction of copper ion and lithium ion in the charging/discharging process, with very fast charging or discharging dynamics characteristic. The material has high working voltage, when charging and/or discharging at low, the risk of lithium is used. The electrolyte used has low freezing point, low viscosity at low temperature, high conductivity and so on, improves the traditional commercial lithium-ion battery electrolyte low temperature solidification, and has increased viscosities and ion conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for low-temperature charging and discharging lithium ion battery comprising cathode pole piece, anode pole piece, electrolyte and diaphragm. The cathode active material of cathode pole piece is copper-based sulfide. The anode active material of anode pole piece is nickel cobalt manganese ternary material, nickel cobalt aluminum ternary material, lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) material, lithium cobaltate (LiCoO2) material and lithium manganate (LiMn2O4) material. The electrolyte comprises lithium salt and solvent. The diaphragm separates the anode pole piece and cathode pole piece.
