▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal oxide nanoparticles supported graphene microfibers, comprises (i) adding aqueous graphene oxide phase dispersion into coagulation bath of aqueous metal ions-containing solution through a circular spinning head, extruding and molding graphene oxide at a rate of 1-10 mm/minute after crosslinking, where the metal ions are iron, cobalt or nickel transition metal ions, and the metal ions concentration is 1-10 wt.%, (ii) stirring coagulating bath at high-speed at a rate of 10-100 revolutions/minute, so that the graphene oxide cannot be continuously extruded, and shearing into micron-sized hydrogel using flow field, and (iii) filtering and drying micron-sized hydrogel, placing in a tubular furnace and calcining under protective gas to obtain final product. USE - The graphene microfibers are useful as cathode material of lithium-ion battery (claimed); and in sensing, energy storage and catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The graphene microfibers have rich multi-stage structure, rich active sites and excellent conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for metal oxide nanoparticles supported graphene microfibers obtained by above mentioned method.
