▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene self-healing solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coating comprises component A and component B, where component A includes 35-45 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. epoxy active diluent, 5-10 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 3-6 pts. wt. sericite powder, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 5-8 pts. wt. kaolin, 8-15 pts. wt. precipitated barium sulfate, 5-10 pts. wt. zinc phosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. talc, 10-15 pts. wt. mica iron oxide ash, the functionalized graphene is zinc ion/8-hydroxyquinoline functionalized modified graphene oxide, andthe component B is modified alicyclic amine curing agent. USE - Used as graphene self-healing solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The anticorrosive coating has strong adhesion to the tinplate substrate in actual use; can exert the excellent shielding performance of graphene, and self-repairing function. The method is simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for use method of a graphene self-healing solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coating comprising uniformly mixing the component A and the B component according to 2:1-2.5:1 pts. wt., filtering and curing to obtain a graphene-based self-healing solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive coating, and then uniformly smearing on the substrate surface.
