NOVELTY - A flexible organic LED device has an anode (2) i.e. graphene composite anode, where the device comprises a graphene thin film and a metal coating. USE - Flexible organic LED device. ADVANTAGE - The device has high working performance and bendability, low microcavity effect and wide range of application. The anode achieves excellent transmittance and sheet resistance. The device is easy to manufacture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a flexible organic LED device.
