▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A sulfur-containing graphene oxide comprises graphene oxide doped with sulfur atom, which is chemically bonded together with carbon atom which comprises the graphene oxide. USE - A sulfur-containing graphene oxide for use as electrode material of capacitor or secondary battery, and structural component of a sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sulfur atom can be uniformly doped on the surface of the graphene oxide at a low temperature, improving the electroconductivity of the graphene oxide. Desorption of sulfur atom can also be suppressed, and electroconductivity can be maintained over a long period of time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of sulfur-containing graphene oxide which involves carrying out in-liquid plasma process of slurry containing graphene oxide and sulfur-containing compound, and doping sulfur atom to graphene oxide; (2) sulfur-containing graphene comprising graphene which is doped with sulfur atom, where sulfur atom is chemically bonded together with carbon atom which comprises the graphene; and (3) manufacture of sulfur-containing graphene which involves carrying out in-liquid plasma process on slurry containing graphene oxide and sulfur-containing compound, doping sulfur atom to graphene oxide, and reducing.
