NOVELTY - Manufacture of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material involves mixing 5-10 g graphene oxide, 85-100 g polyphenylene sulfide and 100-200 mL solvent (a), heating to 220-300 degrees C, stirring to obtain polyphenylene sulfide-graphene oxide dispersion, adding 0.1-2 mol reducing agent to the dispersion, reacting at 220-300 degrees C under atmospheric pressure of -50 atm for 0.1-4 hours, cooling to 150-190 degrees C, filtering, washing the filter cake and drying. USE - Manufacture of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacture of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material with excellent abrasion resistance, anti-oxidation effect, ultraviolet resistance, high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacture of polyphenylene sulfide/graphene composite material involves mixing 5-10 g graphene oxide, 85-100 g polyphenylene sulfide and 100-200 mL solvent (a), heating to 220-300 degrees C, stirring to obtain polyphenylene sulfide-graphene oxide dispersion, adding 0.1-2 mol reducing agent to the dispersion, reacting at 220-300 degrees C under atmospheric pressure of -50 atm for 0.1-4 hours, cooling to 150-190 degrees C, filtering, washing the filter cake and drying. The solvent is hexamethylphosphine triamide, epsilon -caprolactam, N-methylcaprolactam, N,N-dimethylformamide, N,N-dimethylacetamide, diphenyl sulfide, N-methylpyrrolidone, N-cyclohexylpyrrolidone, alkyl benzimidazolone compound, antioxidant S-9228, diphenyl carbonate, diphenyl isophthalate and benzoin. The reducing agent is hydrazine hydrate, phenylhydrazine, gallic acid, vitamin C, sodium sulfide, 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, ammonia, sodium borohydride, sodium sulfite, sodium thiosulfate, ascorbic acid, gallic acid pyrophosphate, hydroquinone, polyphenol, hydrogen iodide, thiourea or thiol.
