NOVELTY - Electrode additive comprises porous titanium aluminum lithium phosphate inner core and electronic conductor shell layer coated on outer surface of titanium aluminum lithium phosphate inner core. The general chemical formula of lithium titanium aluminum phosphate core is as given in the specification. The electronic conductor shell layer includes carbon coating layer, conductive polymer coating layer, and/or conductive oxide coating layer. The carbon coating layer includes mesoporous carbon, carbon nanotubes, graphite, carbon black, and/or graphene. The conductive polymer coating layer includes polypyrrole, polyaniline, and/or polythiophene. The conductive oxide coating layer includes indium(III) oxide, zinc oxide, and tin(IV) oxide. USE - The electrode additive is useful for preparing anode sheet (claimed), and in technical field of batteries. ADVANTAGE - The electrode additive: has encapsulated LATP core with shell layer, which can improve electronic conductivity while ensuring high ionic conductivity of material; improves electrochemical performance of electrode, improves high-rate cycle performance, and suppress capacity decay in high/low temperature environments.
