▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene aerogel microspheres comprise 50-100 wt.% graphene and 0-50 wt.% polymer additive. The polymer additive comprises polyacrylamide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyoxyethylene, polyacrylic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, starch, chitin and cellulose acetate. The microspheres have a particle diameter of 10-1000 mu m. USE - Graphene aerogel microspheres (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene aerogel microspheres are regular in morphology and adjustable in size, have porous network structure and low light density, are environmentally-friendly, and can be prepared in a simple, convenient and efficient manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation method graphene aerogel microspheres, which involves (a) subjecting crystalline flake graphite to chemical oxidation reaction to obtain graphite oxide, (b) uniformly mixing 100-150 pts. wt. deionized water, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphite oxide and 0-0.5 pt. wt. polymer molecular additive and ultrasonically irradiating for 15-360 minutes to prepare aqueous phase, where the graphite oxide is stripped into the graphene oxide in the ultrasonically irradiation process and is uniformly mixed with the polymer additive, (c) preparing an oil phase using an organic solvent and a surfactant, where the organic solvent is liquid paraffin, toluene, n-hexane and n-octane, and the surfactant is Span 80 (RTM: Sorbitan monooleate) or Tween 80 (RTM: Polysorbate 80), (d) mixing the aqueous phase and oil phase and then stirring to form water-in-oil emulsion and cooling in a cooling bath at -90 degrees C to -30 degrees C to obtain cooled emulsion, (e) filtering the cooled emulsion, washing to obtain graphene oxide ice microspheres and freeze-drying the graphene oxide ice microspheres to obtain graphene oxide aerogel microspheres, and (f) reducing the microspheres by hydroiodic acid vapor reduction method.
