NOVELTY - A composite master batch comprises 32-46 pts. wt. graphite, 50-66 pts. wt. lactic acid monomer, 1-2 pts. wt. plasticizer, and 1-2 pts. wt. compatibilizer. The graphite is crystalline graphite, graphite flakes, and/or expandable graphite. The compatibilizer is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer. The plasticizer is alkylene glycol. USE - Composite master batch used for enhancing bioplastic graphene microchips (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The master batch uses inexpensive graphite as raw material, effectively reduces production costs, has high flexibility, excellent mechanical properties, and improves bioplastics low-intensity, high temperature resistance, and poor hot workability defects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite master batch comprising dissolving lactic acid monomer and surfactant in solvent, soaking graphite in solvent, adding lactic acid monomer and surfactant in solvent, and standing; adding 0-1 pt. wt. condensation reaction initiator, plasticizer and compatibilizer to solvent, and polycondensing; and drying, banburying, extruding at 100-120 degrees C, cutting, peeling, and granulating.
