▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A nitrogen-substituted graphene oxide-polyaniline composite material is obtained by introducing crushed graphite oxide into reactor, passing ammonia and argon mixed gas to reactor, performing nitrogen substitution reaction at 300-1000 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours, adding dispersant into obtained nitrogen-substituted graphite oxide, dispersing ultrasonically, adding obtained oxidized-graphene to aniline at room temperature, dispersing ultrasonically at (-5)-10 degrees C, adding oxidizing agent and inorganic acid solution, stirring for 1-24 hours, and filtering obtained reaction liquid. USE - Nitrogen-substituted graphene oxide-polyaniline composite material is used for super capacitor and electrode material of lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The nitrogen-substituted graphene oxide-polyaniline composite material has stable performance, and high electrochemical performance, and is prepared by a simple process. The super capacitor formed using the composite material has high electrochemical capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphite oxide, which involves mixing graphite powder, potassium persulfate and phosphorus pentoxide in a mass ratio of 2:1:1, adding concentrated sulfuric acid at 80 degrees C, stirring uniformly, cooling for 6 hours, washing, drying, adding concentrated sulfuric acid having a concentration at 0 degrees C, adding potassium permanganate, introducing the resulting mixture in oil bath at 35 degrees C, reacting at room temperature for 2 hours, slowly adding deionized water, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, washing obtained product, filtering and drying.
