▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A non-covalent modified carbon structure (I) is new. USE - New non-covalent modified carbon structure e.g. carbon nanotubes, graphene and graphene nanoplatelets is used in manufacture of carbon structure/polymer complex composite (all claimed) used for forming steel sheet. ADVANTAGE - The non-covalent bond-modified carbon structure enables uniform dispersion in polymer matrix without change in intrinsic property, and simple manufacture of carbon structure/polymer composite. The steel sheet formed using the carbon structure/polymer composite has excellent heat radiation property and electrical property, and high surface polarity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A non-covalent modified carbon structure of formula (I) is new. X=6-20C aryl (optionally substituted by M); Y'=1-4C alkyl (optionally substituted by M); Z=H, or hydroxy, amino or carboxy (all optionally substituted by M); o,p,q,r=0-10;and M=1-4C alkyl, halo, hydroxy, amino or carboxy. When p is 0, q is 0. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) carbon structure/polymer complex composite, which comprises polymer matrix, and 0.1-20 pts. wt. non-covalent modified carbon structure (I) dispersed in the 100 pts. wt. polymer matrix; and (2) manufacture of carbon structure/polymer complex composite.
