NOVELTY - The structure has a light waveguide (1) whose upper part is formed with an inner light waveguide layer (2). An outer light waveguide layer (3) is formed between a first graphene part (4) and a second graphene part (5). An isolation medium layer (6) is formed with the inner light waveguide layer. The outer light waveguide layer is formed between a first electrode (7) and a second electrode (8). Thickness of the isolation medium layer is about 5-100 nm. The inner light waveguide layer is made of silicon material, germanium material and silicon germanium alloy material. USE - Graphene polarizing beam splitter non-sensitive electric light modulator structure. ADVANTAGE - The structure increases regulating speed and reduces power consumption.
