NOVELTY - Aluminum alloy surface anti-heat cracking processing comprises preparing heat cracking composite oxide film on surface of aluminum alloy, where the heat cracking resistant composite oxide film comprises zirconium, molybdenum, cerium chemical oxide film and cerium oxide/graphene oxide composite electrolytic film. USE - The method is for aluminum alloy surface anti-heat cracking processing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite film layer is sintered at 450 degrees C for 4 hours surface without cracking; the aluminum alloy surface friction coefficient is reduced after the composite treatment; and it has excellent fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.
