▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The target has a graphene layer surrounding another graphene layer. Proton is generated from liquid state hydrogen droplet. An incoming laser beam is fixed on the latter graphene layer of a through-hole part. The latter graphene layer is provided with a bearing substrate. A through-hole is formed on the bearing substrate. A metal nanoparticle is included on the latter graphene layer of the through-hole part. The metal nanoparticle is made of gold, silver, copper and aluminum. The graphene layers are made of different tens atomic layers. USE - Proton generating target for use in an ion beam treatment apparatus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The target can produce high energy proton from the hydrogen droplet. The target reduces cost for generating the proton and avoids high processing technology requirement for generating the proton. The high energy proton can be projected to a tumor region of a patient by utilizing an ion beam treatment apparatus at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for the following: (1) a target manufacturing method (2) a ion beam treatment apparatus. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a proton generating target.
