NOVELTY - Fibrous material with a core-shell structure comprises a core layer and a shell layer on the surface of the core layer where the core layer material comprises a conductive material, and the electronic conductivity of the conductive material is between 1x102S/cm and 1x108S/cm, the shell material comprises an insulating polymer material, and the electronic conductivity of the insulating polymer material is less than or equal to 1x10-10S/cm. USE - Fibrous material with core-shell structure. ADVANTAGE - The fibrous material with core-shell structure reduces the volume expansion of lithium metal negative electrode, improves coulomb efficiency of electrochemical device, cycle performance and safety performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a negative electrode of pole piece which comprises a negative electrode current collector and a three-dimensional framework layer on the negative electrode current collector, where the three-dimensional framework layer comprises the fiber material; (2) an electrochemical device which comprises the negative electrode of pole piece; and (3) an electronic device which comprises the electrochemical device.
