NOVELTY - A preparation of high-quality graphene transparent conductive film involves forming organic thin film layer on catalyst, placing the catalyst in sealed container, heating the sealed container using microwave, decomposing the organic substance on the surface of the graphene thin film, and transferring to target substrate. USE - Preparation of high quality graphene transparent conductive film (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to copper-indium-gallium-selenium photo-electric device, cadmium-telluride photo-electric device, dye-sensitized solar battery, flat panel display, super capacitor, field emission material, and lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The high-quality graphene transparent conductive film is efficiently and economically prepared by simple process.
