NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-aluminum alloy wire comprises e.g. (i) taking graphene, vanadium, molybdenum, zinc, manganese and titanium under nitrogen atmosphere, melting at high temperature, mixing uniformly and spraying to obtain graphene alloy powder; (ii) preparing aluminum ion solution; (iii) mixing alloy powder and aluminum ion solution, stirring uniformly to obtain graphene alloy powder suspension; (iv) drawing aluminum wire as cathode and aluminum carbon rod as anode and electroplating graphene alloy powder suspension as an electrolyte; and (v) annealing at certain temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-aluminum alloy wire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method maximizes enhancement and conductive effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-aluminum alloy wire comprises (i) taking graphene, vanadium, molybdenum, zinc, manganese and titanium in the ratio 1-10:1:1:1:1:1 under nitrogen atmosphere, melting at high temperature, mixing uniformly and spraying to obtain graphene alloy powder of required size; (ii) preparing required concentration of aluminum ion solution; (iii) mixing alloy powder obtained in step (i) and aluminum ion solution obtained in step (ii), stirring uniformly to obtain graphene alloy powder suspension; (iv) drawing aluminum wire as cathode and aluminum carbon rod as anode and electroplating graphene alloy powder suspension using as an electrolyte; and (v) annealing electroplated graphene aluminum alloy wire obtained in step (iv) at certain temperature. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene-aluminum alloy wire prepared by the above method.
