▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing layered polyurethane electromagnetic shielding composite foam comprises, (i) loading metal on surface of solid glass microspheres to obtain conductive microspheres, (ii) preparing conductive microspheres and magnetic particles-containing layered polyurethane composite, and (iii) adding layered polyurethane composite material prepared in step (ii) into foaming gas, saturating at 0-300 ℃ with the pressure of 0.5-50 MPa for 5 minutes to 24 hours, then releasing the pressure to normal pressure at a rate of 0.1-30 MPa/s and cooling down to room temperature to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing layered polyurethane electromagnetic shielding composite foam. ADVANTAGE - The method: improves the electromagnetic shielding performance while reducing the amount of filler added to the composite material. The layered polyurethane electromagnetic shielding composite foam has absorption properties at low filler content.
