NOVELTY - Paste type hydrogen storage material, prepared by mixing a hydrogen-rich liquid organic hydrogen carrier (LOHC), a solid sodium aluminum hydride, a nickel-based catalyst precursor, a titanium-based catalyst precursor and a catalyst carrier, is claimed. USE - Used as paste type hydrogen storage material. ADVANTAGE - The material has high hydrogen storage capacity (over 5.0 wt.%), low operating temperature (below 200℃) and fast hydrogen absorption and desorption kinetics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing paste type hydrogen storage material, comprising preparing hydrogen-rich liquid organic hydrogen carrier LOHC in a high pressure reactor by selecting ruthenium/aluminum oxide catalyst to catalyze LOHC hydrogenation to obtain hydrogen-rich LOHC, mixing hydrogen-rich LOHC, the solid sodium aluminum hydride, the nickel-based catalyst precursor, and the titanium-based catalyst precursor in an inert atmosphere, adding the catalyst carrier, placing in the reaction kettle and uniformly mixing.
