NOVELTY - A gap filling agent comprises component (A) comprising 40-60 pts. wt., preferably 45-55 pts. wt. aqueous hydroxy epoxy resin, 8-15 pts. wt., preferably 10-13 pts. wt. aqueous photocurable carboxy group-containing polyurethane dispersion, 1.5-5 pts. wt., preferably 2-4 pts. wt. fumed silica, 30-50 pts. wt., preferably 35-45 pts. wt. colored glass beads, 0.5-2 pts. wt., preferably 1-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 8-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 4-6 pts. wt. modified polysiloxane and 3-6 pts. wt., preferably 4-6 pts. wt. nano zinc oxide, and component (B) comprising 20-40 pts. wt., preferably 25-35 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. fumed silica, 20-30 pts. wt., preferably 25-30 pts. wt. colored glass beads, 20-25 pts. wt., preferably 22-25 pts. wt. glitter powder and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. rheological agent. The mass ratio of component (A) and component (B) is 1:1-1.5. USE - Gap filling agent for epoxy color sand. ADVANTAGE - The gap filling agent has excellent mechanical strength and hardness, scratch resistance and wear resistance.
