▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves converging a reflected light of a target image on a digital micro-mirrors device (DMD) through a first mirror group. The DMD controlled by a random binary image is inverted to reflect the light to a second mirror group. The light is condensed on a single graphene device by the second mirror group. Change of photo-current of the single graphene device caused by change of light intensity is detected. The target image is reconstructed by the change of the photo-current of the single graphene device caused by the change of the light intensity. USE - Graphene device based single pixel imaging system operating method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reconstructing the image by using an optimization algorithm so as to reproduce target image features with high probability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a computer device comprising a memory and a processor to execute a graphene device based single pixel imaging system operating method; a computer readable storage medium for storing a set of instructions to execute a graphene device based single pixel imaging system operating method; and (2) a processor for operating a program to execute a graphene device based single pixel imaging system operating method. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of a graphene device based single pixel imaging system. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
