NOVELTY - Preparation of aqueous metal anticorrosive paint includes providing (%) composite of polyaniline and graphene (15-20), GH-26XB silicone-acrylic antiseptic emulsion (20-30), tinting pigment (15-20), alcohol ester 12 (2-4), superfine talc powder (5-10), superfine mica powder (5-10), superfine silicon dioxide powder (5-10), dispersing agent (0.9-1.8), PE-100 wetting agent (0.1-0.3), GHP101 thickening agent (0.5-1), SN-612 leveling agent (0.1-0.3), tributyl phosphate antifoaming agent (0.1-0.3), and water (5-14). USE - Preparation of aqueous metal anticorrosive paint (claimed) used for inhibiting corrosion of metal base material. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous metal anticorrosive paint has excellent waterproof property, corrosion resistance, alkali resistance, weather resistance, scratch resistance, and aging resistance, simple preparation, and low cost; does not use heavy metal such as chromium that can pollute the environment; and is suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of aqueous metal anticorrosive paint comprises: (A) providing (%) composite of polyaniline and graphene (15-20), GH-26XB silicone-acrylic antiseptic emulsion (20-30), tinting pigment (15-20), alcohol ester 12 (2-4), superfine talc powder (5-10), superfine mica powder (5-10), superfine silicon dioxide powder (5-10), dispersing agent (0.9-1.8), PE-100 wetting agent (0.1-0.3), GHP101 thickening agent (0.5-1), SN-612 leveling agent (0.1-0.3), tributyl phosphate antifoaming agent (0.1-0.3), and water (5-14); (B) manufacturing dispersion liquid containing graphene, aniline, and hydrochloric acid by mixing 0.5-0.6 mol/L aniline, 0.2-0.25 mol/L hydrochloric acid, and 10-12 mg/ml graphene; stirring uniformly; and precooling at 5-8 degrees C; (C) manufacturing aqueous solution containing 0.4-0.6 mol/L ammonium persulfate and 0.2-0.25 mol/L hydrochloric acid, where ammonium persulfate is precooled to 3-6 degrees C; (D) stirring and dropping the solution of step (C) into solution of step (B) at 1:1 volume ratio; reacting for 1 hour at 5 degrees C; centrifuging; filtering, washing, and baking; and grinding to below 200 mesh to obtain composite of aniline and graphene; (E) mixing water, composite of aniline and graphene, GH-26XB silicone-acrylic antiseptic emulsion, GH5050 dispersing agent, and PE-100 wetting agent; adding into reactor; stirring for 10-15 minutes; and mixing uniformly; (F) adding tinting pigment, superfine talc powder, superfine mica powder, superfine silicon dioxide powder, and alcohol ester 12, respectively; uniformly stirring for 40-44 minutes; (G) adding GHP101 thickening agent, SN-612 leveling agent, and tributyl phosphate antifoaming agent; and stirring for 30-34 minutes to obtain metal anticorrosive paint; and (H) adding the metal anticorrosive paint into a sander; grinding twice; filtering; ejecting; and barreling.
