DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing copper conductive line core involves preparing electroplating solution, where concentration of copper sulfate, sulfuric acid, chloride ion, surfactant and nano-graphene in electroplating solution are 100-120g/L, 26-45g/L, 0.06-0.09g/L, 3.5-4.5g/L and 6-8g/L, respectively. The copper sulfate, sulfuric acid, chloride ion, surfactant and nano-graphene are taken and subjected to ultrasonic reaction at frequency of 40-50KHz at 70-88 degrees C for 10 minutes. The copper plate is utilized as anode, copper is utilized as cathode, and anode and cathode are placed in electroplating solution at 30-80 degrees C for 0.5-1 hours, and then temperature of electroplating solution is lowered to 50 degrees C, and is kept at 1-50 degrees C for 2 hours at current density of 23-40A/dm2. The electroplating solution is stirred, heated and cooled at speed of 10 revolutions per minutes (rpm), and when temperature of electroplating solution reaches to 80 degrees C then it is stirred at speed is 30rpm, and when temperature of electroplating solution reaches to 50 degrees C then it is stirred at speed of 5rpm. The copper conductive line core is made of the copper plate.
