NOVELTY - Preparing modified modified graphene oxide/alginate composite hydrogel comprises (i) preparing a graphene oxide suspension; (ii) dropping 2,2-(1,2-ethanediyloxy)diethyl mercaptan into graphene oxide suspension at 75-90 degrees C, and stirring to obtain a black suspension; (iii) centrifuging black suspension at 3000-8000 revolutions/minute, discarding the supernatant, and drying the lower layer to obtain 2,2'-(1,2-ethanediyloxy)diethylthiol, placing the graphene oxide nanoparticles in ultrapure water and ultrasonically mixing to obtain E-c-graphene oxide suspension; (iv) dropping E-c-graphene oxide suspension into a sodium alginate solution having a concentration of 0.01-0.03 g/ml, and mixing to obtain an E-c-graphene oxide/sodium alginate mixed slurry, where the E-c-graphene oxide suspension and the sodium alginate solution volume ratio is 1: (0.50-3.50); and (v) freezing E-c-graphene oxide/sodium alginate mixed slurry, thawing, and lyophilizing. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified modified graphene oxide/alginate composite hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has hole surface roughness, good support.
