▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene nanoribbon comprises dispersing carbon nanotubes in concentrated sulfuric acid to obtain 1-5 g/L carbon nanotube dispersion, continuously feeding with ozone for 1-2 hours, and stirring to obtain mixed solution; and ultrasonically dispersing at frequency of 100 Hz to 5 MHz for 30-60 minutes, centrifuging to separate solid precipitate, adding deionized water to obtain mixed liquid, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparation of graphene nanoribbon (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, achieves effective regulation of graphene nanoribbon size by using carbon nanotubes of different diameters, and has convenient operation, low production cost, and reduced energy consumption. The graphene nanoribbon has high electric conductivity.
