▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-modified cellulose acetate forward osmosis membrane preparing method involves oscillating and ultrasonic dispersing oxidized graphene in lactic acid or polyethylene glycol to obtain graphene oxide additive solution. The graphene oxide additive solution is dissolved with cellulose acetate to obtain graphene-modified cellulose acetate permeation film casting solution. The casting solution is de-foamed by allowing standing for 5-12 hours. The resultant solution is immersed in a coagulation bath, which is paved on flat supporting layer to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing a graphene oxide-modified cellulose acetate forward osmosis membrane for forward osmosis process (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the forward osmosis membrane with better water transfer promoting effect and interception salt rate in an eco-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-modified cellulose acetate forward osmosis membrane preparing method involves oscillating and ultrasonic dispersing oxidized graphene in lactic acid or polyethylene glycol at 25-60 degrees c for 0.1-4 hours with ultrasonic frequency of 20-100 kHz to obtain graphene oxide additive solution. The graphene oxide additive solution is dissolved with cellulose acetate at 5-60 degrees C for 12-24 hours until cellulose acetate is fully dissolved to obtain graphene-modified cellulose acetate permeation film casting solution. The permeation film casting solution is de-foamed by allowing to stand for 5-12 hours to make the casting solution completely de-foamed. The resultant solution is immersed in a coagulation bath at 5-30 degrees C for 1-4 hours, which is paved on a flat supporting layer to obtain the finished product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene oxide-modified cellulose acetate forward osmosis membrane.
