NOVELTY - The device has a tube-type reactor (2) that is provided with a tubular reactor as main portion. An ultrasonic wave generating device (3) is orderly connected to driven power source (4). A transducer (5) is provided with a tool head (7) of one end portion of reactor main portion. A reaction material inlet (9) and material outlet (8) are provided at two ends of reactor main portion. The reactor main portion is surrounded outside a cooling jacket (10). The ends of cooling jacket are set with cooling water inlet (11) and cooling water outlet (12). USE - Production plant for ultrasonic wave auxiliary preparation of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The continuous production and industrialization is realized, and suitable production line is achieved.
