NOVELTY - Biomimetic superhydrophobic graphene film preparation involves polishing stainless steel substrate. The oxide layer from the stainless steel substrate is removed. The obtained stainless steel substrate is set with nickel film. The obtained stainless steel substrate is cleaned for 10 minutes. The obtained cleaned stainless steel substrate is soaked in a solution of 20-35g/l sodium hydroxide, 30-50g/l sodium carbonate and 25-45g/l sodium phosphate. USE - Method for preparing biomimetic superhydrophobic graphene film used for steel substrate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare biomimetic superhydrophobic graphene film that has wear and corrosion resistance properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biomimetic superhydrophobic graphene film preparation involves polishing stainless steel substrate. The obtained soaked stainless steel substrate is cleaned for 10 minutes. The obtained substrate is kept in a 200-300ml/l hydrochloric acid for 40-50 seconds. The obtained substrate is kept in a solution of 250-350g/l nickel chloride, 55 wt.% plating liquid, 65g/l boric acid and 0.15g/l dodecyl sodium sulfonate. The obtained substrate is reacted at 40-55 degrees C for 5 minutes. The obtained substrate is dried at 100 degrees C. The obtained dried substrate is cooled.
