▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-copper-zinc-tin sulfide nanocrystal composite material involves dispersing graphene oxide in aqueous solution of copper-zinc-tin sulfide precursor sol, and carrying out hydrothermal process at 160-240 degrees C for 12-24 hours. The precursor sol comprises copper source, zinc source, tin source and sulfur source which is dissolved in alcohol, water or mixed solvent. The molar ratio of copper source, zinc source, tin source and sulfur source is 2:(1-1.5):(1-1.5):(4-8). USE - Preparation of graphene-copper-zinc-tin sulfide nanocrystal composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides graphene-copper-zinc-tin sulfide nanocrystal composite material having crystal size of 3-5 nm, by simple process.
